Tip Any Trailer - With Any Bulk Product!
Our customers use our trailer tippers for all types of bulk products: agricultural commodities (fruits and vegetables, grains and grain by-products) as well as wood chips and sawdust, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic, aggregates, coal, refuse and sludge. A dumping operation, depending on the type of load can take less than fifteen minutes. Raising and lowering of the trailer, and operation of stabilizers are all accomplished without leaving the cab. Since the tipper is mobile, the unit allows you to dump a trailer load anytime, anywhere. These units can be used as a trailer dumper, a sea container loader or a sea container tipper, and as a mobile truck hoist moving around the yard with ease and efficiency.
Load and Go
Many of our customers use these units as their "yard dog" because they are so versatile. Trailer tippers quickly replace expensive platform hoists and heavy walking-floor and belt trailers. They will turn any trailer into a dump trailer at a fraction of the cost.
Folds for Highway Travel and Storage
When not in use the trailer tipper folds neatly for travel. The outriggers have 14' centers when folded out, and boast new heavy-ply radial tires with steel rims, and mounted on spindles. The tipper does not detract from the original line of the truck. It tucks neatly away in its lowered position and will not interfere with operation of the rig. Mounted, the tipper adds approximately 4,000 lbs. to the truck.
