5th Wheel Tipper Unit
For installation on a pre-existing tractor in your fleet.
Tractor requirements for installation of a tipper are:
- Day cab with steel frame and double axles
- A minimum of 116" from the back of the cab to the center of the double axles (longer is better)
- Heavy engine - like a Cat or Cummins
- Prefer at least 16,000 lb. front axles and at least 46,000 lb. rear axles
- 18 speed transmission
- Spring suspension or hard rubber
- Must be a heavy truck and in fair condition.
